1. The most well-known trick is to use detergent and hot water. You have provably already used it, as it works great!

Fill the frying pan with hot water. You must cover the entire burned surface. Add 4 or 5 drops of your usual dish detergent and stir to spread the soap all over the water. Then, place the frying pan on the hob and bring it to boil. Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. All residues will be released from the bottom of the frying pan this way. Then let it cool for 20 minutes, throw all residues away and clean the rests with a soft sponge, dish detergent and hot water.

2. White vinegar and bicarbonate will also help you cleaning burnt stains from non-stick pans.

To start this cleaning process, add warm water enough to cover the cooking surface of your pan or its burnt parts. Pour 1 glass of white vinegar into the water and stir gently to mix both ingredients. Heat up the frying pan and let it boil for 10 minutes. Then add 2 tablespoons of baking soda. This substance will react with the vinegar and form bubbles that help releasing burnt stains. Let the pan cold, throw out the mixture of water, white vinegar and baking soda and clean the frying pan with hot water and detergent. Use a soft sponge or a brush to remove the most persistent burnt residues.

3. Another solution that works well: salt.

Cover the burnt cooking areas with a glass of warm water and add a good handful of salt. Ideally, let the mixture rest for at least 20 minutes. Then clean the bottom with detergent and a soft sponge. If any stain persists, you can boil the mixture few minutes, let it cool and clean it again with a soft sponge.
